Yes. Finding and evaluating offers is completely free. Only the optional auto-accept feature requires 1 credit, which you get by redeeming a Payhip voucher for in-store credit.
What exactly are credits?
Credits come from vouchers you buy on Payhip. Having at least 1 credit unlocks auto-accepting offers that match your preferences. The app itself always stays free.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Buy a voucher on Payhip, then redeem it in the app for in-store credit. The credit stays on your account and powers auto-accept.
What do I need to run BrightBatch?
An Android phone with the Instacart Shopper app installed. BrightBatch reads batch offers through an accessibility service and needs permission for that to work.
Is it safe while I'm driving?
That's the point — BrightBatch reduces how often you need to touch your phone. It can auto-accept offers that match your rules so you keep your eyes on the road.
How do my preferences work?
You set rules like minimum payout, distance limits, or preferred stores. BrightBatch only flags or auto-accepts offers that match what you'd already accept anyway.
How does the driver referral program work?
Every driver gets a unique referral code in the app under Settings > Account. Share your code with fellow shoppers: they get 1 free welcome credit, and you earn 3 auto-accept credits for every driver you invite (up to 9 free credits per week)!
